The British Orthopaedic Trainees Association (BOTA)

BOTA is affiliated to the British Orthopaedic association and acts as the voice of the British Orthopaedic Trainee.

BOTA's work can be divided along two lines. The first is the medico-political and the second is the educational. These two are interlinked as many of the training issues that effect our education are intertwined with the ever changing political landscape.

A subscription to The Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery is included in the membership fee. Anyone holding an SpR or LAT post fulfils the criteria to join BOTA.
