What is my customer (subscriber) number?

Your customer (subscriber) number appears on your mailing label (shown in the examples below).

If you subscribe to the JBJS through the British Journal Office in London, your label will look like one of these two examples below:

Your subscriber number will be between 5 and 7 digits long. In the example above it is 2222222. You will need this number (customer number) to activate your online access.

If you subscribe to the JBJS through the American Journal Office in Needham, USA, your label will look like the example below:

Your subscriber number will be between 1 and 6 digits long. In the example above it is 222222. You will need to add an A to this number (customer number) to activate your online access, therefore: 222222A will be the number that you must use.
