Claims

We can accept claims for missing issues up to six months from the date of publication, except for those denoted by an asterisk (*) where nine months will be allowed.

Please check the expected delivery times and the date of your payment before claiming. Claims made too early will not be acknowledged.

Payment of retrospective subscriptions leads to delays, and therefore extra time, approximately 8 weeks added to the delivery times above, should be allowed before any claims are made.
