How to Subscribe The easiest and cheapest way for qualified surgeons to subscribe is to send orders to the Journal office for the Combined Volume (American and British Volumes) which is discounted over the price of the individual volumes.

Bibliographic Information The British Volume (ISSN 0301-620X) is published in London monthly (12 issues, identified by month of issue). Three issues of the Orthopaedic Proceedings Supplement (ISSN 1358-992X), containing abstracts from worldwide orthopaedic meetings, will normally be published each year and supplied as part of the British Volume at no additional cost. The American Volume (ISSN 0021-9355) is published in Boston monthly (12 issues, identified by month of issue).
