Reprints & Permissions Reprints Reprints (from the original file) at a resolution of 600 dpi can be produced of all papers published in the British Volume from 1995 onwards to enhance meetings or presentations. We can produce special covers incorporating company or meeting logos, collate collections of papers or a range of other options. We regret that our fees are waived under the banner of academic purposes only when the material is to be reproduced in a thesis or similar work, and not for widespread publication and distribution. Charges are also waived if the material is to be produced in one of two journals with which we have a reciprocal agreement. For all other journals the fee still applies. Lastly, permission is granted free of charge if the person requesting the permission is one of the authors of the original material. Applications for permission to photocopy material should also be sent to the above email address stating the quantity required. |
